WHISTLE-BLOWING POLICY

If you have reason to believe that any member of the Hi-Pure team is engaged in actual or potential misconduct, we strongly encourage you to come forward and report it.

Examples of situations that may constitute unethical behavior include, but are not limited to:

  • Theft or fraud

  • Improper accounting practices

  • Violations of company policies

  • Offering or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or other forms of corrupt behavior

  • Failures in maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards

  • Instances of on-the-job drug or alcohol abuse

  • Incidents of harassment or discrimination

Protection of whistleblower’s identity
TRI-X is committed to ensuring that all disclosed information and the identity of the whistleblower shall be treated with the strictest confidence. We prohibit retaliation of any kind against any individual who, in good faith, reports a suspected misconduct.
